Planning Commission

The City of St. Marys Planning Commission consists of five members appointed by the Mayor and City Council to hear and make recommendations to City Council on matters such as plat layout of new subdivisions, annexation requests, rezoning requests, variance requests, special use permits, and text amendments to the zoning code.

Meetings: The St. Marys Planning Commission meets in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 418 Osborne Street at 5:30 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Meeting agendas and minutes are linked from dates below as they become available.

Application Deadlines:  All applications must be submitted by the required date.  This timeframe allows for legal advertisement of the cases, notification of adjacent property owners, and posting of public hearing notices on the property.

Application deadline for the May 22, 2012 PC Meeting is April 30, 2012.
