What are the requirements to hold an event on a City street (i.e. parade, festival, fun run/walk, etc.)?

How do I apply for a parade permit? What is the fee?
To apply for a parade permit, please complete a permit request form. This form can be gotten for the City Manager's office at City Hall. The form must be notarized, including a map of the proposed parade route. Street(s) needing to be blocked must be submitted. There is no fee to submit an assembly permit request form. Can I serve alcohol at my event?
